꩜ “A Heroine’s Journey: Inner Child,” is part of a series exploring the necessary inner death and rebirth cycles in our lives which guide us to explore, grieve, learn, create, and to return home.

This print depicts a child resting, who is somewhere in between dreams and reality made small by the world but continues to sow the seeds to enrich their inner world/garden. The butterfly symbolises this metamorphosis, magic, and transience of growing up and finding oneself.

꩜ The original painting uses oil and spray paint, as shown in the photo, to promote returning to creating with our hands again.
